Bridge Race is all about building a bridge as quickly as you possibly can. You collect bricks, push over your foes and try and be the first to reach the podium. It’s a lot of fun, but it’s also pretty darn challenging, especially when you’re just getting started.

We’d hate to see you giving up after a couple of goes, so we’ve written this guide to give you all the hints, tips and tricks you need to get ahead in Bridge Race. After all, that’s sort of the point of the game.

Whatever stage you’re at in your bridge building career you’re going to find something here that’s going to help you out. So let’s stop waffling and get to our top 5 hints, tips and cheats for Bridge Race.

Try and get an early start

Once you’ve got a decent stack of bricks, claim one of the lanes as your own. There are fewer lanes than there are builders, so getting a head start is really important otherwise you’re always going to be playing catch up. It’s also going to put at least one of your opponents on the back foot, which is exactly what you want.

Get more than you need

This is especially true when you’re getting close to the end of a bridge. It’s super annoying to be a couple of bricks short and have to run back down to gather them up. Make sure you’ve always got a big stack on your back – any bricks you don’t use to finish your bridge you can use to start the next one.

Knock other builders over

This is a really important part of the game. You can knock over builders if they’ve got a smaller stack on their back than you. They’ll drop their bricks, which will turn grey, and you can add them to your own pile. It gives you a huge advantage, as you’ll know if you’ve ever been knocked over yourself.

Use your attacks to take over a bridge

If you haven’t established a bridge yet, knocking a player over and taking over theirs is a great ploy. Smash them down, grab as many bricks as you can and then sprint to their bridge. Get a few blocks ahead of their color and you should be in a position where you’re more likely to get to the end of the bridge before them.

Play the bonus stages

The bonus stages are a great way to grab massive piles of gold. Everything you collect there gives you a fat stack of coins, which you can spend on new skins, colors and more. When you’re given the chance to watch a video to play one of the bonus levels, it’s definitely worth taking it.
