Pizzaiolo is a game all about making pizzas. You’re running a pizza shop and it’s up to you to keep your hungry customers fed. There’s more to it than that though, and you’re going to have to pay attention if you want to keep your pizza business afloat.
Don’t worry though, because we’ve been playing the game loads and we’ve discovered some tricks and tips that are going to help you out. Follow these and soon you’ll be slinging dough with the best of them.
Got your own hints and tips to share? Well do feel free to chuck them into the comments section at the bottom of the article. For now though, time to make some pizza!
Spread Your Dough and Sauce
This might seem like a simple tip, but you’re going to want to make sure your sauce and your dough are perfect. They’re the easiest things to get right, but that doesn’t mean you can neglect them.
Check that the dough fits as precisely as possible into the dotted line. Remember the dough is pretty elastic, so you can stretch it out to fill gaps. With your sauce, leave a little edge for the dough to crisp up, but make sure the rest of the base is covered.
Listen to Your Customers
You know what they say, the customer is always right. Sometimes the game tells you what they want with pictures, sometimes they’ll say the kind they’re after and other times you’re left to your own devices. Get a pizza wrong though and you’ll be penalised.
Then there are even more specific customers that grant bonus cash. Here you’ll need to match the picture of the pizza as precisely as you can. Remember there are no time limits during the making stage, so don’t rush when you don’t have to.
Watch the Oven
The oven is where things can go completely wrong. You’ll see a bar along the top of the screen, showing you when you need to yank the pizza out and stick it in a box.
If you’re hitting the good section every time then you’re going to be raking in three stars for every pie. Keep an eye on the meter and make sure you’re not burning your food, otherwise the consequences can be dire.
Pick up new ingredients whenever you get the chance. The more ingredients you’ve got, the greater the variety of pizzas you can make. You’ll find more special characters with specific requests coming in as you fill up and expand your supplies.
You can spend your cash on new ingredients, or there are videos to watch that will nab you them as well. When you’ve got the chance to spend you should definitely take it.
