Ready for two big surprises that occupy different ends of the spectrum? King has released the third entry in their family-friendly bubble-popping saga, and Nicalis has finally released the family-destroying, 17+ roguelike The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth.

No matter which end of the gaming spectrum you occupy, it seems like you’ll be set this week.

Bubble Witch 3 Saga

Looking to let a little more bubble-popping goodness into your life? King has just launched the latest installment in the Bubble Witch Saga. This time around, you’ll be able to help rebuild Stella the Witch’s home. Does that mean gameplay similar to the splendid Gardenscapes: New Acres? We’re looking forward to finding out! Bubble Witch 3 Saga is available for download on the App Store and Google Play now.

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

Edmund McMillan’s indie roguelike masterpiece has been “coming soon” to mobile for as long as we can remember, and famously had trouble with Apple over the game’s content. That hurdle has finally been jumped, and we have a good news / bad news for you. The good news: you don’t even have to wait until tonight to play it. The bad news: it’s weighing in with a hefty $14.99 price tag, which would be fair anywhere else but feels pricey when compared to other mobile offerings.

Party Pugs

If you’re pining for a puzzler full of partying pugs, please play. The gameplay looks to draw a little inspiration from Square Enix’s GO games, but trades in Lara Croft and Agent 47 for ADORABLE PUGS. What’s not to love about that?

A zombie RPG that’s something of a cult classic, Armor Games is re-imagining Sonny for mobile devices this week. If you’re not familiar, the team behind Sonny describe it as having an “intricate combat system [that] rewards strategic gameplay and features a fun mutation system.” If that doesn’t get you curious, I can’t imagine what could.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links

Trading card games go¬†great on mobile, so why not check out one of the most popular of all time? This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Yu-Gi-Oh on mobile, but this latest iteration promises voices from the anime, 3D animations, and beginner-friendly controls. You can download it now for free on the App Store and Google Play.
