Alto’s Adventure is Coming to Android

Last winter, lucky iOS device owners got to spend time snowboarding with Alto, a young llama shepherd who chases his charges downhill in the critically-acclaimed Alto’s Adventure. Now that the simmering summer heat is giving way to cooler days, it seems like as good a time as any to go sailing with Alto again — and Android users will be able to do so for the first time.

Yes, Alto’s Adventure is finally coming to Android. Noodlecake will be publishing Snowman’s excellent endless runner on Google’s platform, llamas and all. The Kindle Fire is receiving the game, too.

Question is, when? Noodlecake doesn’t have a specific date in mind, but promises awesome shepherd-on-llama action soon. Keep an eye on the Alto’s Adventure Twitter account and / or Noodlecake’s Twitter for any new information.

In the meantime, Android users,  go ahead and dream of fresh powder, winter sunsets, and the unique smell of damp llama fur wafting into your nostrils at thirty miles per hour.
