There’s an old saying: “Don’t expect your ship to come into port unless you’re the one that sent it out to sea.” It might benefit adventurers to follow a similar credo: Don’t count on weapons you didn’t forge yourself.

Heroes & Legends: Conquerors of Kolhar is a role-playing / strategy / roguelike hybrid from Cuve that puts weapon development in the hands of players via a deep crafting system. The title hosts over 100 monsters that need slaying, and if you’re going to jam a dagger in a Cyclops’ eye, it’s best to use a dependable weapon you engineered yourself.

Conquerors of Kolhar also features  automated combat, loot-gathering, and items galore. There are even random events can prove beneficial to the party – or bring big trouble.

Heroes & Legends: Conquerors of Kolhar hits PC, Mac, and Linux on August 21. Get your weapons ready!
