Well that didn’t take long. A week after the game headed into a closed-beta, strategy game King’s Bounty: Legions is now open to all Facebook users.

The game is just the latest on Facebook to feature turn-based, strategic combat, though the battles in King’s Bounty are different than what you see in, say, Empires & Allies. You move units around a grid much like you were playing a board game. There are different types of units, some of which can use magics while others know how to swing a sword.

We’ve only played the open beta briefly, but the game certainly looks impressive, with lush 3D visuals that are a step above most games on the platform. The combat, meanwhile, looks to have quite a bit of depth that should keep strategy fans happy. However, the game currently suffers from some long loading times, which are likely due to its early beta nature.

You can play the game right here, but be sure to stay tuned to Gamezebo for our in-depth review.
