Alawar’s upcoming HOG draws inspiration from Agatha Christie
Alawar has announced their upcoming adventure/hidden object game, Mountain Crime. The game is a pure detective mystery set in a remote hotel in the mountains. The game will have no supernatural element, instead it draws inspiration for characters and mystery from the Agatha Christie novel And Then There Were None.
You will play the game as a doctor who has been called to the hotel to attend to a patient. Shortly after your arrival, a terrible storm hits and washes out all the roads leading in and out of the hotel. You and the other guests of the hotel are trapped. This is, of course, when things begin to wrong. One by one, guests start dying. It’s up to you to find the killer and stop them before it’s too late.
Mountain Crime is being developed by Alawar Stargaze and features high quality graphics and greatly improved visual effects. The game is expected to be released before the end of the year.
