Adventure game developer Frogwares has announced the formation of a new studio, Waterlily Games, which will focus on expanding the company’s role in the casual games market. The studio’s first release will be the sequel Dracula: Origin 2.
“We’re thrilled to announce that Waterlily is a Frogwares studio dedicated to casual games development,” said Frogwares CEO Wael Amr in a press release. “Frogwares has grown as a company, and it’s time to expand. We’re looking forward to producing even better casual games with a dedicated team inspired to do their best.”
Meanwhile, Frogwares will focus on developing adventure games such as the upcoming title The Testament of Sherlock Holmes.
