The war between wolves and sheep is raging in Saving Private Sheep, an upcoming physics-based puzzle game for iPhone from French developer Bulky Pix. Here’s the skinny on Saving Private Sheep, straight from the developer:
“Help the Woolen Warrior conquer the enemy territory by leading it into the secure zone. To do this, you will need just one weapon: your finger! Destroy the obstacles in the surrounding area to enable the sheep to achieve its objective, to land on land, in total safety. Increasingly complex structures and special blocks (indestructible, explosive etc.) coming in a variety of shapes and with different actions will make your mission harder. Take the Woolen Warrior through a progressively difficult 80 levels. Combine logic, dexterity and strategy to achieve victory!”
According to Bulky Pix, the game will also include OpenFeint support, and new level packs will be made available through in-game purchases. A version for iPad is also in development. Saving Private Sheep will launch on Apple’s App Store for $2.99.
