The healing power of games

I agree with the article by Erin Bell. Casual games are great for reducing stress, especially when you have a walkthrough available to help when you hit a snag. The game that really helps me is Caribbean Hideaway. It actually helps reduce my eye strain. I work on a computer all day then if I come home and play computer games my eyes can get tired. But if I stop and take a break from HOGs and play Caribbean Hideaway my eyes actually feel better. I was amazed when I first noticed this but it really does work. There must be something in the way my eyes have to move over the screen so quickly that exercised them in a good way. The game itself is also extremely interesting, challenging and FUN to play! It’s not your ordinary match three game.
