I really like that game a lot. It has a great mixture of challenge and fun, it is satisfying my decoration preference and it is original.
And what I really like is the speedfactor: You can speed it up, whats great at the beginning, play in normal time and at you can stop the game going on and do what you have to do, when its going chaotic. So you can click to refill the shelfs, decorate the shop to higher the shopclass (makes the customers happier)and place and replace requiered shelfs or patientimprover. After you have done that, you just go on.
The levels get harder, but you always have a relaxlevel between. There was no level impossible, but some hard enough that I had to replay them two or three times.You can use the Shopowner for hints, but you can also click this away and do it your own way. I did that very fast, because she is also telling you, what the best is RIGHT NOW and this is not implicitly the right thing for the following phase of the game.
You also get information about every customer, what they buy, what they like in a shop to make them stay longer and buy more. So as longer you play, as more you will find out how to handle the customers best and what makes sense to place in the shop for sure.You can replay every level, you have done once, every time you want.
For me, a really really really good game with a huge replay-factor (already played it three times now and every time with other strategies)
