The Clumseys - new from IWIN

The clumsys is a game where I have after around 3 hours playing (released on http://www.iwin.com/ ) very mixed impression. A part of it is very good, same time it is not.
The story is: The kids used grandpas timemachine to go to diffrent historical locations, left items behind them, replaced stuff, broke stuff and finally get lost themselves. You have to find, restore, repair, rescue. So far so good, nice idea. You start with finding items, the kids lost. The explaining says, that you have to find items that do not fit into the timeperiod. But in the scene are a lot of items that do not fit. And a lot of stuff, that fits in the time but not in the scene (Im sure, that there have been chicken in the timeperiod of Lindenburgh, but for sure not in his hangar for example). And both you have to find, but not all of them. And as you just know the amount of items you have to find, its a lot of stupid clicking around (if you click to fast, you will just get a message, that the timemachine is overheating. As there is no timelimit, it doesnt matter). The graphics are not bad, but often so unclear, a lot of items I cant recognize as what they are, to be honest I needed more than one hint because of this. You have as much hint as you need, but with every hint you use, it takes longer to renew them.
You also have to find gadget parts, which are hidden in the scenes. When you have them all, you have to build the gadget. This will give you the possibility to find the kids at the end of each level. When you come to the location the second time, you have to find items (if you want you can have shilouettes of the item) and replace them to their original place after (for this you get a black/white picture with part of the place, where to find). And again its difficult, because of the unclear drawings. When you come to the scene the third time, you will be informed, that the kids broke something. You have to find the parts and fix, what ever they broke. After this you have to use the gadget to find the kid, which is hidden and before you really find it, you have to rescue it by finding again one or more tools for the operation. After rescue the kid, the scene is complete and you get some historical information about the just played scene or the historical figure (for example Troja, Guttenbergs printshop, Rembrandt Atelier etc). As you have always a amount of diffrent scenes in the map, you dont have to (and cant) play one scene completly at once. That makes sure, that you have a variousity of scenes and gameplay.
I find it annoying, that the explainings are not correct and the unclear graphics makes it much harder, than it has to be. And its not necessary. The game is good and no need to make things invisible to make it longer. As you have 20 kids to find, you can be sure, that its a long game. I dont like the useless clicking around in the first part of a scene... shilouttes or the name or a description of the object would make it more playable. But it is kind of diffrent, its challenging, informative and fun. And for sure no waste of money.
Greetings Kayleigh
