Gamezebo saw a lot of cool games at last month's Game Developer's Conference, but one of the highlights was getting to sit down with HipSoft as they walked us through a preview of Build-a-lot 2, subtitled Town of the Year. Back in January Gamezebo posted a brief summary and a handful of screenshots for Escape the Museum, the upcoming adventure/hidden object game from Gogii Games. Hidden-object games are a hot commodity in the world of casual gaming. In fact, it seems like a new iteration appears on a weekly basis. This we can attribute, primarily, to the popularity of the Mystery Case Files games. Some are mere clones, stuffing the tried and true mechanic into a new suit of clothes (in this case, different rooms).
