I downloaded the game this morning. It took over an hour. After that I tried to play it I dreceived the error message "Input Not Supported". Did anyone else have this problem? This is not the first game that this has happened on. I would really like to try the game to see if I would like it.

Barb I DL the demo/tutorial this morning and did not have any problems and it was a normal DL time (8 min) for me. The demo is not anywhere close to the size of the actual game. The entire game is a large file game.

Barb, I cant get the game to run either! I download the demo and as it was trying to load I got an error, all it said was locv.exe cannot run and must close. Then I tried downloading it by the 'download me' button and again it cant run! I will try again another day, hopefully the bug will be fixed then.

kukahnut, we never encountered anything remotely like this during development, which version of windows are you using? Legend of Crystal valley supports XP and Vista, older systems are not supported.

I am using Windows XP
tell me more about your system, which service pack do you have installed, how long have you had this windows installed and are you using any antivirus software?
Your problem is very exotic, in my humble opinion, it seems either a result of a virus, corrupt windows files. also, have you tried on another computer?

oh boy, I dont know all that much about my computer! I am running Windows XP, home edition. I hope that is what you mean by what service pack do I have installed. This has been this way since I got the computer, havent made any changes at all. Yes I do have antivirus software, I believe the name of it is Avira. I also tried to play Tibor: Tale of a Kind Vampire and I cant play that either.

hehe, sorry, I get technical sometimes, it's in my job description :)
anyway, i really don't know what the problem might be. When I get weird errors like these,I re-install my computer and everything works fine.
Windows should be re-installed at least once a year, all those viruses and malicious software eats it away. Antivirus software helps, but they arent impenetrable.
