Scrolls, the next big project from Mojang (the studio that lords over all things Minecraft), has a release date and a trailer. Pull on your boots and get ready to hit the battlefield on June 3.

Scrolls combines card battles, board games, and strategy in a single experience for the PC and Mac. It goes into open beta on June 3, when you’ll be able to buy it for $20 USD.

Scrolls is a pretty deep game that you probably won’t be able to master in a day. In fact, Mojang has already published a miniature guide about the title that outlines how the rules work. Study it and get the jump on any buddies who share your dreams of conquest.
