Bounty -- Special Edition Preview
Casual games are fun, accessible and hard to put down, but let's face it - they usually have so-so graphics, a lackluster story or music that sounds like it was more of an afterthought.
All of this is about to change with Bounty - Special Edition, a pirate-themed puzzle game with production values on par of those pricey CD-ROM games you buy at retail. From its interesting and lengthy story to the dozens of hand-drawn comic book pages to its orchestral music soundtrack, you can clearly see (and hear) how much time, talent and care was poured into this booty-filled adventure.
Review: Shroomz: The Quest For Puppy
The developers would probably like you to think they called this game Shroomz because of all the tumbling mushrooms in the game. Jewel Thief Review
Anyone who's bought a diamond wedding ring, or seriously contemplated its implications, is familiar with the Four C's - carat, color, clarity and cut. In simplest terms, the larger the weight, the purer the color, the more flawless the stone and the better its proportions, the higher its quality and more stratospheric its cost. Jewel Thief, a gem-based puzzler, offers the game equivalent of a rare diamond. All facets of its creation work together to make it a stand out. The clincher? It can be had for the price of a cubic zirconia.
Super Collapse 3 Preview
A good casual game has a funny way of hooking you when you least expect it. You know, what begins as a quick five-minute diversion while finishing your lunch at your desk somehow turns into a two-hour ordeal.
Tino's Fruit Stand Review
It's a tale as old as business itself: the small business man gets gobbled up and spit out by the big bad Mega Mart when it moves in next door. People, see bigger and faster as better, and ignore the businesses that have served them well for years.
