it was fun for my 6 y/o until we both ran into very hidden animals, then we both kinda lost interest. This is a "so-so" or "have to be in the mood for it" type of a HOG. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

I also hated this game. The gameplay was ridiculous. The clicks didn't register and I couldn't get past the first level. Pathetic! Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

I would rate this as a nice little game for your average 5th grader. It isn't one that I would buy but obviously a lot of research and effort went into its development. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

Animals too hard to find. Slow game play. I think this COULD have been a great game, but fell very very short of the mark. I will not be buying this one. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

At first glance I was totally surprised by the graphic: it's all moving! It's really nice. I tried only several rounds yet, so I can't say how it will be later in the game, but so far I was more than satisfied with it. It's HOG, but the twists are quite entertaining - you are feeding the animals, taking the photos of them, sometimes you have to catch them, because they are moving. There are some minigames too - by now I have unlocked a pairs minigame (good one) and a guess minigame (hard for me, always clicking on blank slots :( ). It seems that there will be more of them. Those two are good, the pairs is better in my opinion - I've played that for several times - the animals on the cards are changing, so it's always challenging, never same. Good idea is that the pictures on the pairs cards are not same, they just have the same animal in different shots. Overall I have to admitt that it just got me, like nothing for a long time. I agree with Legendia. I only lasted 15-20 minutes on this game. I found when trying to feed the animals I would offer the correct food only to have it rejected 3-4 times before it was finally be accepted. I thought the animals were difficult to see at times. Good idea but not carried out very well at all. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

Great game. Great scenes, maybe the best I have ever seen. Its smart move to make the game with animals, instead of just common, a bit boring, objects. The animals are cute and some of them are moving, like a bird flying across the trees, or mouse popping up from a hole. Its a nice twist, that sometimes you must wait for the right moment. I had the feeling that I'm really catching the animals. I liked the feeding, where you have to choose the right food for the right animal and also the tests about nature like where this animal is living, etc. Its not child game in my opinion at all, its more rewarding than another "creepy, creepy paranormal detective". I can recommend it! Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

PROS: This is a really well-made game with great graphics. At the end of each "scene" you get a fact about an animal or fish. For the hidden object part itself... well, it can ask you to find, say fish, and to find them, you have to look for them swimming around in the water and click them when you see them. Also, in one location, you are told to feed the animals. You have to locate the animals, then click on the correct food for that animal and feed it. On each location you are also looking for stars to increase your rank. At some point you might face yourself with a locked location, and you need to pass a test in order to unlock it, if your rank is high enough. You can also play mini-games to earn stars. What the test itself is about, I will leave to you to find out :) Game has great length with 60 total (not different, total) locations to search. Comes with a penalty where the screen becomes blurry if you click too fast. CONS: The jigsaw puzzle mini-game should have been more varied. It gave me the same image 7 times in a row. Some items are very hard to find. Screen also becomes blurry if you click the correct items too fast. As long as you click too fast, the screen blurs, right or wrong click. One star was unclickable, while a few others took a few clicks to register (only the stars). Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

Sorry, but this game is not my cup of tea. Yes, the graphics are beautiful, & I love wildlife, but this game seems to be very childish in nature. Not only that, but many of the diets of animals are inaccurate. That compounded with the fact that the clues are endless makes it a bit dull. I imagine that this would be a great game for a parent to play with their child, but a child playing alone would have a rough go of it. BTW: What gives with throwing a full paper back with recycling in it into a garbage can? What were the developers thinking? Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

This one is kind of a mixed bag for me. I love the zoo/animal theme and the graphics were nice - also liked the moving birds and animals, some of which you had to catch -that was fun. I liked the background animal sounds a lot but the music got seriously old for me pretty quickly. There's no timer and unlimited hints, although you do have to wait for the hint to refresh itself, which is good because a lot of these animals are REALLY hard to find. Hard enough that I began to find it a little wearying to play in long stretches - it would probably be better to play an hour at a time or so until you finished - and you'll be playing a while because this is a pretty long game, I would say 16-19 hours maybe? Nice to see when so many developers are selling these super-short games. Also I like that it's a straight-up HOG, thank god -and it was hard enough that way - can't imagine trying to play this looking for six random shapes to meld into a tool to open a door, or something. Also, while I don't care one way or the other about having my hidden objects fit logically into the theme of the setting (don't mind searching for ice cream cones on the ocean floor) I know many of you do - and everything you'll be looking for is consistent with the zoo setting. Although I did find it jarring to gather, say, 12 ostrich eggs, put them into the bin, and have them drop with the same loud crashing noise that the 12 knives and rakes did in the previous scene. The big downside for me was that the clicks would not always register. Every time this happened I had to close out the game and re-open it to get the click to take. There is probably nothing more annoying and tiresome in a HOG than this, and it really soured me on a game that otherwise I found pretty enjoyable. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate
