I agree with Gamezebo's word they used to describe this game: addictive! Obviously i have more time to play since i'm on holidays and luckily every game i get in my hands is just awesome. So is this - well i've played better, but it's really a good game:)...Even though it seems easy in the beginning, it gets difficult later on. But still someone who's more experienced shouldn't have any problems achieving a score that's a lot higher than the one you were supposed to reach. There's just enough recipes that you can remember. I'm not giving it a 5, because the music is the same all the time and it gets annoying. Plus there's no story - and i looove those:). But i don't see any other falws...oh, another one is that the upgrades are pretty much the same in every restaurant (ok at least the design is different) and you have to buy them again in each restaurant. I liked playing Youda Sushi Chef. All the "buttons" are very easy to access and not resonant as far as just clicking on only 2 "buttons" all the time. The graphics are very clear 3-d animated. Memory skills a plus. Upgrades are needed as the game progressively gets a little more challenging but not impossible. 4 stars for being original and well designed game play. I have fun playing this time management game. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

It's cute, and you may enjoy playing some levels. The scenario and the background music are pretty much the same as you advance, though. You mya learn a thing or two about sushi making, and that was fun. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

I beta tested this game a few weeks ago and have been waiting impatiently for the final version to be released - it is the first game I've tested that I thought didn't need any alterations at all and, after downloading the free trial from Youda to make sure they hadn't done anything nasty to it, I bought it when Big Fish got hold of it less than a week later! The graphics are gorgeous and the music is relaxing and soothing, a nice counterpoint to the rapid time management gameplay. There are 6 restaurants to play (which you can name yourself) for 7 days each, very long days as well - especially towards the end of the week. There is an excellent selection of upgrades and whilst you do lose them at the end of each restaurant you do get to carry over any extra cash you have left from buying your new restaurant which I found to be most useful (the faster mats and conveyor belts are essential IMO). One thing to point out with regards to ingredient ordering - it doesn't actually tell you this but you can only have up to 15 of the 3 cheapest ingredients and up to 8 of the rest in your tray at any one time so I wasted quite a bit of money ordering too soon until I got the internet ordering system where you can top up all your ingredients at once to their maximum allowed (the penny dropped at this stage!). I try to finish each day with no more of each type of ingredient than I started with (less is even better!), i.e. no unnecessary orders made. You do need a good memory to really enjoy this game I would say as, whilst you can look in the recipe book to check ingredients, this is not really practical to do more than occasionally as the game speeds up. I didn't like any of the other Youda games, being as they were more strategy than time management but this one is mainly time management, although strategy does come into it with the ingredient ordering plus takeaway and reservation requests - not to mention the fact that if more than one customer orders the same dish it gets taken by the first customer it reaches which can be a problem if the customer at the other end ordered first. I got around this sometimes by making two in a row of the more commonly requested dishes when ordered - even if no-one orders the extra one straightaway it will keep going around on the conveyor belt until someone collects it or you click it to make it disappear (worst thing that can happen is you've wasted the ingredients used to make it). Quick Tip: Use the knife trick first if customers are losing patience as that costs you nothing and will work on all customers, whereas you only get 2 sake bottles and have to pay to get extra ones. If you can handle the extra order, takeaways seem to produce a decent amount of income, especially after the first restaurant is done when the orders tend to get much longer. When I have a full line of customers waiting I make sure I make the dishes in order starting with the customer at the far end of the table so there is less chance of them losing patience. I'm on the 3rd restaurant at the moment and have managed to have all customers leave with full patience so far (no modesty here, lol). I can see that some would find the game a little repetitive but theres nothing to lose by trying the free demo and finding out - you don't know what you're missing! Other than the Delicious series have been dissapointed in the recent "cooking/restaurant" TM games. So, I was a bit sceptical with this one. After playing the DEMO was hooked on it so waited till BF offered it in their site to purchase it. So, I finally bought it today. Seems to be repetitive but I don't really mind that much coz' at each level especially at the last 3 days of each level you'll be introduced to new recipes. I didn't really mind not upgrading the interior of the earlier restaurants coz' I think you'll only be able to appreciate the beautiful visual graphics if you upgrade the interiors on the last 3 restaurants. The only setback is that you can't replay a level. And once again I'm impressed that you can choose the language you want to play it in. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

Okay at first i had to get into the game. When i started to memorize the different sushi recipes i really started to get into the flow of the game and it provided a real challenge but a enjoyable one. The build up in difficulty is great! I don't agree with gamezebo review about the upgrades i felt like i was building a chain of restaurants that i was upgrading to be top restaurants. I liked the Knife tricks and the decorations. The music was pretty cool to in fact i would like to have some on my IPod :) I really really enjoyed this as it grew into my system. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

I'm still thinking about purchasing this one... What a challenge.. The grapics are cool.. The concept Is easy.. But It requires alot of your memory skills to get through the game.. Somthing that Is very different when It comes to TM games.. I struggled while playing the demo, so I can only imangine It will become more difficult as you progress In the game.. If your a TM lover.. This game Is worthy of at least a trial run.. For those who really liked to be challenged this is a buy. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

I love games that offer me a good challenge, and Youda Sushi Chef delivers. Looks are okay, and I can live with the repetitiveness- once you have the basic recipes memorised you really get to appreciate the many ways to weave a strategy. Just like sushi, this may not be to everyone's taste, though. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

This game will kind of sneak up on you - play it for awhile and you may well find yourself liking it far more than you might initially think you would. I did! It's challenging and the challenges evolve in an interesting way that are still reasonably doable. I gave it a 4 only because it doesn't have the strong storyline of, say, Delicious: Emily's Taste of Fame. Good job, Youda! Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate
