This game is okay but the mini games are hard to understand and there is no skip option with it so I am stuck on the rings and can't get any further into the game

BFG has posted a walk through, so maybe you can find help there. Check the forums and you'll see the link, as not sure if I can post it here.
This game isn't bad, a nice relaxing HOG that has several different mini-games. Not overly long by the looks of things, but gives you a break from rushing to finish.

Really, worth buying. Puzzles were not overly difficult & related to the overall story. I've never played any game from Youda before but will certainly check their HOG games in future. Not sure if you've noticed you can switch the language in Menu. So, when you've "mastered" the game in English you can try to play it in other languages too. I'm currently playing it in Dutch & as I'm also learning Spanish will try to tackle that one after this. You can always switch back to English for the translation in Menu. This is really a bonus for those who are learning new languages.

I got as far as the Maritime Museum before my demo ran out. I'd like to know about where in the game this is? Is it less than 1/2 way through? If I'm going to buy the game, I'd like at least half of it to be left.

Actually the organ cards were easy for me once I figured the first one out. The short dashes = button puched in. Long dashes = button pulled out.
Right now I'm stuck at the rings and can't figure out what goes where or the pattern.

According to BigFish, you're about 1/2 way through, just finishing chapter 2. There are 4 chapters total.

Love the game...want to go to Amsterdam now. I'm at the amulets and can't get them placed...can anyone help.
Thanks
Send a Kudo Post a reply Quote & Reply -
Sparki you have to match the amulets to spots on the map. They will lock into place when placed correctly.

You've got 3 rows of organ "keys" to correspond with the 3 organ cards. short = IN; long = OUT. Match the first organ card, which is beige, to the color coordinated keys; then repeat that for 2nd and 3rd organ cards. Good luck!

thanks jgpullensr with your help I was able 2 go right thru the organ cards game with no problem other wise I would have been stuck.

hello everyone that has posted so far. the walk through mentioned previously is worth taking a look at. i like the idea mimi88 has of trying it in different languages. since there is no time limit i think it would be rather fun and educational at the same time. i do have a question though before i buy (still have 4 minutes on trial to decide) is anyone having a problem with the game being slow? or do you all have really powerful ram..enjoy the gaming and i will check back to see if anyone can give me a pointer..gizmo

OK, consider the grid and the shapes at left side and across the bottom. That's your first clue. If you check out the ''hint'' it gives you one placement. Going across, it's A B C D and down, 1 2 3 and 4. Column A are all diamond shapes: pink (single diamond), green double, blue double, green triple. Col. B are all round: green cross, pink double round, blue stacked double, pink triple. Col C: blue diamond, blue w/2 squares, blue rectangular (at an angle), blue 3 cluster. Col D, triangular: pink single triangle, green stacked triangle, blue 3-triangle, and pink triangle. Hope that helps...good luck!

Once you properly place an amulet, it will lock into place. Top center is the amulet that resembles an airplane (on the white grid, just left of the gold circle); to the left and angled a tad goes the amulet with diagonal lines--it goes over the bridge area's first white area; 3rd amulet mostly 3 straight lines goes down about 2" from 2nd amulet and also in the "river" coordinates, just at the edge of the city streets; 4th amulet with 2 vertical lines and a block w/horizontal line goes to the right and up a tad (about 2.5") just to the left of the large horizontal block with white blocks inside; and last amulet, resembling a key or animal with 3 legs..lol; goes up from 4th amulet about 1/2", and to right of the gold circle near top, and just barely touching the slightly arced green areas. Hope that isn't too confusing, and if all else fails, check out BFG's blog walkthrough for screenshot. Good luck!

having trouble with the puzzle with division, muliplition subtraction and adding what numbers do you need to use any help please

Hello gizmo, yes the game is a bit slow on some parts but not in a glitchy sort of way & my computer has a reasonable sized ram & latest graphics card & all that. But the change to different language is immediate, you don't need to create a different user or leave your current game to do that. I hope they make more HOG games with this feature. It adds to the replayability factor. So far, only Zylom site offers the option to play these games in your native language. But you can only choose one language.

It will cost you some points and when I got to the medallions for the map I pulled out the cheat sheet. Sometimes this thick headed granny needs some help, heehee. But back to the solution. If you will look at the map and pull each madellion to a place that you can look at the design on each one and then look at the map on the tips and you see their positions and look really hard at the designs on the tips you will be able to solve the map puzzle. I wear bifocals anytime I am on the computer so it took me some time to figure out the placement and design placement. Hope this helps you.
Also I would like to apologize to everyone if this is a double post, I do like helping out those who get stuck and had come in to find some help with the ring puzzle and saw the requests and just had to tell everyone how I had solved the puzzles that they are having problems. I shall now go to BF and look at the solution.

I am trying to open the latch ( the slider puzzle). I have all the sliders exactly as the BF's WT show, however, the game does not continue. I have pushed all the sliders as far as they can go many, many times and still no luck. Is anyone having the same problem???
EDIT: I quit the game and started again. The puzzle worked this time. Thanks

Hey Psychic Wanda *waves*
Try resetting the puzzle by exiting out to the main menu. When you come back to the game the puzzle will be reset.
Start again and look at the video to see if it helps you. I found that the solution was always the same for that puzzle after playing the game more than once.
Not sure what else to tell you on that matter except that I hope it works out for you.

I really like this game.
PROS:
I like the extra challenge of finding all of the diamonds.
The hidden objects change with subsequent plays.
The puzzles are easy to medium difficulty.
There is not a lot of dialogue to wade through.
The scenery is interesting. (It’s not in the desert.)
Your score is based on your overall speed and accuracy in finding all the items and diamonds. Points are lost for using hints and miss clicking.
You can check your statistics after each level if you want to, but they are not thrown in your face like some games do.
CONS:
The graphics could have been better.
The objects move off the screen too slowly.

I have turned the Gamezebo guide in to Erin, so it should be up in a day or so. Was there any place in particular where you're stuck?

Big Fish has a walkthru that should help. You need to get it on their game forum for this game. You will have to look thru. I don't know if I am allowed to put the www. for it here. It will show you all 4 chapters.

hello granny123..I wanted to thank you for your tip on DC3 with the problem I was having with the liquid essence. Seems when I completed that part the liquid never went into my inventory. So I am starting over again to see if it works this time. Thanks again, you are a great help.

I noticed that BigFishGames had a huge typo on their walkthrough of this game on the organ minigame. Small dash-up and long dash-down. They had it the other way and it took me forever to get it right. But I did. I made it as far as the flowers due to the organ minigame. Definite buy on my list. I think I am going to have to change my review. Once I went on the walkthrough and found that I had to put the pieces on the lines of the jigsaw puzzle I had no problems. A big mistake on my part. Good game.

This is how I put it for the Gamezebo walkthrough:
Each pipe on an organ can be set to one of two positions. This is representing by pushing the numbered button in or out.
A short dash means in. A long dash means out.
So just push the buttons in that color row to match the card.
The buttons for the red card are in the top row. The buttons for the yellow card are in the middle row. The buttons for the blue card are in the bottom row.
When you get a whole row right, the music will play and that card will disappear.Does that make sense?

Of course that makes sense. I wasn't meaning you personally. I was talking about BFG. So if anyone goes on to BFG Walkthrough just a warning that there is a typo that will confuse you as it did me. I wasted valuable trial time playing that mini game.

There are 197 diamonds to be found for the border.
I contacted Youdagames.Further more i think that an update is due to arrive.
They fixed the misspelling or typo of sparkplug and plunger.
Further more from what i understand they changed the speed of the objects going into your list or inventory.Hope this helps.

The bandaid is on the sail and the pen is above the bandaid, it looks like a spar.
