Lizzie, I'm going back through the game right now to find more diamonds! The 10th one in the organ shop is probably the one on the workbench that doesn't show up until after you pick up the 3 organ cards and the doll in the front disappears. The diamond is behind his head!
I'm updating the screenshots with any new ones I find so I expect to be done with that project today.
EDIT: I'm still stuck in the jewelry store. I can only find 17 there. Lizzie, can you check to see if the ones you found are the same as the ones I found there? If so, I'm going to give up and leave it with 197. Thanks!

The ones you are missing in the other pictures are in the photos in my photobucket, if you need to find them quickly. -
Thanks, I've already found all the ones I was missing. So counting the one you can't see behind the doll's head in the organ shop, I have 197. We'll update the strategy guide to say "approximately 200" and if we find any more we can update the screenshots.

I wonder why the game developer won't tell how many there are in the game. Maybe there should be 20 in the jewelry store and there is a mistake in the game.

I've turned in the updated images, but I don't know when they'll be posted, there's a lot of other game stuff going on.
EDIT: Joel posted the updates. You'll know you've got the new ones if the one in the organ shop has text telling you the 10th diamond is behind the doll's head.

The screenshots here at Gamezebo have been updated so they show all 197 diamonds now. Just click on the green Tips & Tricks tab just above the whitespace on this page.

Mydoll never does go away until you find everything andit goes to the next scene where you have to play the organ, I did finally get the 10th diamond by clicking on the doll's head when I saw in I believe Lizzies pic on photobucket where it was, am I the only whose doll does not go away????

How many diamonds have you found?

I am such a numbers nerd that I would like to replay the game and find all of the diamonds. I was able to find 196 diamonds. I found 10 in all of the locations except the Organ Shop where I found 9 and the Jewelry Store where I found 17. I would love to know where the other diamonds are located, if there are any more.
In the general tips in the walkthrough you say there are 200 diamonds to be found in the game, but the screen shots only show 189 diamonds.
I wrote to the game developers in the Netherlands three days ago and asked them how many diamonds are in the game. But they haven’t answered yet. Maybe they will see this post on Gamezebo and let all of us know.
I would love to know if anyone has found more than 196 diamonds.
