    (I've never played the Pogo version.) I thought the graphics were cute, and the main gameplay, where you make words out of the letters, was really fun. The stupid story line and having to play levels over and over to find the right gears to progress sucks all the fun out of it, though. Directions are not great. An OK game to use your free credit on if you love word games, but certainly not worth paying full price for. I was really disappointed, I expected better after reading the review here.     I really like this game. It is easier then the first Word Whomp and has more to it to keep it from getting repetitious. It has an easy, medium and hard mode. I feel the timer is a lot more generous then in the 1st WW and have not had any problems with it yet, but I am still playing easy mode. It does have a glitch for me. Every time I start the game it takes me 10 minutes of tweaking to get the video acceleration to turn off. It runs like caca with it on. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

    I agree that there simply isn't enough time allowed. I suspect the timing may be different on different PCs? The game should have an Easy mode. Aside from that, I didn't think it was great - just average. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

    I liked playing the Word Whomp Underground game. It does have different variations than from the original one that is on Pogo. It has "Pogo" written all over it and I am a Pogo player. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

    I have loved Word Whomp since it came out on Pogo. I think it's a fun variation of the game and I appreciate that it has evolved. It's such a simple concept but it's addictive. As much as I love HOG's, I like the fact that it's using my brain instead of just searching for an object. Yes, it's challenging for a newbie but once you get the hang of it, it's really fun. I have to limit myself to an hour at a time or I will sit there all day. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

    Another disappointment. Cute idea and cute characters but the timing,in my opinion, is way off. You have almost no time to get adjusted to the game. I've yet to get through the lst round. Got me frustrated, so I just erased. Newbees to this type of game, will, in] my opinion, get frustrated. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate
