Glad to hear about patch but I got mine from MSN. So I guess Im still messed up .Mine also messed up om level 7.

Hi DebM,
I would contact MSN for your patch. Usually more than one site should have the patch. Contact MSN and if they don't have it, they should hopefully be able to get it.

Hi Jeanbobby,
All you have to do is uninstall the gamefrom your computer and just go to Big Fish and install it again like you would any other game.
Just keep in mind that some people have reported that doing so may take you back to investogation 1. So chances are you're going to have to start the game over.

The bulbs will not connect with the socket, will this patch correct that issue?
