Teeneeb, I haven't played this game but above this white page is a green tab that says tips and tricks, next to the video tab. Click on it and it will take you to a walk through of this game. You may be able to find your answer there. Enjoy the game.

Take dynamite over the bank of the river near the rock pillar that is blocking your way. Once you blow it up, you can enter the water.
