I loved the 'First Peek' of this game!! I can't wait for this to come out,the beta flew by and I really wanted to keep playing.There's new guests,locations and crisis's to keep you entertained.

I found it an exact replicate of the first..just the story line changed and quests updated but not much difference.

I agree with gable. So less new, that for me the game is waste of money. First game was good, no question. Second one is good also... but for me it looks like typicall number two. No new invetion, just more money.

So I have to ask what you were expecting? The casual market is not much innovative in either genre, and I would say the differences between HO-Games are less, even concerning the better ones. Of course Wedding Dash 2 is no revolution in the time management genre, but it is at least entertaining and shouldn't disappoint the ones who liked the first part ;) An extremely important aspect for me how I judge a game is if it is a challenge for me and this fulfills the sequel out of question.

While I understand that some of the negative reviews written on here are from casual gamers who only played the demo, I would be interested in knowing if the official game reviewer here at Gamezebo, Marc, played the whole game. And perhaps the whole game wasn't made available to him, which wouldn't be his fault. However, I think a good review is based on the entire game. Sure the first 3 levels are pretty much the exact as the original. And my review would have been the same, given those levels only. However, once you reach Finland, hold on to your hats....this is where PlayFirst improved on the game...they eased you in, thinking you could just stroll on in and play it like the original, no sweat, then whammo! They gotcha. There are many casual "reviewers" in this thread, who I know for a fact are struggling thru the upper levels of the game, as evidenced by all the postings over on PlayFirst, and by your scores!! (Gable, cough, cough. LOL :-))....The 4th & 5th levels are really kicking some booty, providing for a lot of replay value, if you're interested in increasing your score. Strategy is definitely needed here, use of the props, like champagne, photography, music sheets, confetti, kissing glass, etc. I would recommend you give Wedding Dash 2 another chance, even if you wait till it comes out at game club prices.
Okay, now I'm gonna go hurt Patrick if he doesn't stop throwing those firecrackers at my wedding cake!!...

Thanks for pointing that out Latte.Yes the beta was fun I loved it and similar to the first one,but it's all uphill from there.While I found the early levels were fairly easy to get goal/expert on(even a couple of those required a second try)it gets much harder later on.I'm not finished yet because I find I really need to take a break from it so I can actually get somewhere!

Latte, I tried, but I couldn't hold onto my hat & my mouse at the same time! I've replayed some levels 8 times or more trying to reach expert. I still can't get it on the last level. MUCH more challenging than the first.

For months I struggled on DDHH Disco level 10. I played WD2 and got so frustrated that I went back to DDHH. Not only did I finish the level but I got expert on it. lol I guess that's one way of improving my scores. Play a level of WD2 and everything else is a walk in the park. (Just watch your step.lol)
