puzzledone, I have found that when I put my game on Normal or slow and quit the game, when I come back to it lots of stuff has happened. Do you think our little people know we are not watching them? I wonder what goes on when we are not there spying on them. I have never lost anyone tho. That is strange. Sandy

SandyG - you mean kinda like if a tree falls in the forest and nobody is there to hear it did it make a sound? Or really fall, or was there ever a tree there anyway LOL. Have to ask one of the master scientist elders. Well, we can tell who has been working hard and who is goofing off checking their blue lines. Like the little girl born with half a blue line on medicine. When I left it running and woke up and returned she was already a master doctor. One thing they don't do is keep the fire going. On vv2 if the fire went out they all got sick as I recall. (uncooked raw food?) Took me awhile to see that they don't have to get dry grass to keep it going, just send anyone to the woodpile if the fire is low and you get more time, so I go to slow when I go to sleep but really doesnt need a fire on vv3 unless for some reason or puzzle. But they don't do that on their own. Sometimes even a master doc with task checked doesnt go cure someone on their own other ones sometimes drop what they are doing to cure, not even trained. When I'm away I come back to dead ones, usually old age tho so I guess they were ignored. They certainly have personalities of their own! Glad you enjoy it so much, fun to hear your stories, (read).

I haven't reached pop of 90 yet. It seems things go on when I am not there to watch them. I did read somewhere the fire keeps away disease, so try and keep it going.I have got my game on slow for today but will pause it tonight. Who knows what I might find when I come back. I have about 4 ladies still carrying those bundles around. LOL Boy do I have a lot of little ones. Have your people jumped into the bath by themselves yet? That is so funny. I hope scooter can get going on it tomorrow. Sandy

Oh no, my pop is never over 20, I just replace those who just died, 21 once when there were twins. It was one of the twins missing that time. Of course sometimes I come back and someone is nursing again cuz I forgot to uncheck parenting. We practice strict birth control here. Not like on crazy vv1 when it got up to 90. I think we may run out of cemetary space at 50 like other versions, not quite there yet. Maybe the new roster will at least record the names as I used to have some adults missing with no record of who it was. I find I enjoy getting to know them all better if I keep it small, and just enof workers to get thru needed tasks, puzzles. I only wish we could change clothes earlier in the game to keep them straight, sometimes 3 in the same clothes makes it hard to know who to grab without going thru details. OK I'll keep the fire going, but thought that was on VV2 about sickness. Still fun after all these weeks now, better visit them, been on pause 2 days while I got lost in the Amazon! Have fun.

I had a baby not show up after leaving her mama. Choosing her in Detail Screen kept taking me to one of the huts. I finally realized on the DS she was listed as not liking crowds... As she got older she came out. I thot that was probably why she was hiding while she was little... ?

Twins and triplets just occur naturally, just keep trying! They're kinda cute, in their little identical outfits!
My first tribe is now working almost entirely on its own, I have it on slow and leave it alone for days and then only come back to let them bury their dead (which they don't do in your absence) and to see if anyone is slacking or food is running out. This morning I found a 81 year old sleeping by the fire with NO skills whatsoever! He had just been "unsure what to do" for 67 years, and I never noticed! :D

I think I may have found where the missing children go! I just had a baby boom and when my chief wanted to lecture the children, not all of them showed up, though they weren't anywhere else on the map either. I saw one of them crouching behind the clothing hut, seemingly stuck in place, and when I started poking around in the clothing hut I managed to pull two more out. Somehow they had all gotten themselves stuck in there!
