Valerie Porter and the Scarlet Scandal can be downloaded at Big Fish. Playfirst also has the game available for download.
I love this game - the little I played on the demo from Playfirst. What I really don't care for is that BigFish seem to be getting exclusive rights to games, even if they are by other game makers.
I don't want to be a member of a game site like BigFish just so I can get their 'exclusive' games, because I don't like it when money is taken off my account on a monthly basis.
There was a time when BigFish sold their games for the normal price of $19.99 if you were not a member, but for whatever reason, they stopped that now. And I have no intention of being forced to hand over my account details so they can take off money from it on a monthly basis.
There are some other reputable game sites who also sell the games for just $6.99 or $9.99 and they don't ask me to first become a member if I want to buy the game for that price. So I just buy the games from their sites. Unfortunately, they don't get the 'exclusive' games that appear on BigFish.
OK, I am done. LOL Sorry, but I just needed to say it, because I noticed that a lot of time 'download it from BigFish' is mentioned on this site. But it's not the only site that has got great games. There is Shockwave that sell the games cheaper now, and there is Reflexive itself where you can get them cheaper.
