I've always wondered about that...it's a good policy, I think...that way we can ask directly or know that we're informing them of problems/good things! Joe seems to be open to questions/comments which is very cool! Thanks, Granny!

I think this game would have been fantastic if it had voice overs. Does anyone know why one of the objects I need to find is the chest, and I click on it but nothing happens? It is in the first room with the broken shard of glass in the room. The chest is barely recognizable because it is in a dark corner. I read the walkthrough at BFG but it doesn't mention the chest. Any suggestions?

I installed the demo from BFG, however, everytime I try to start it, I receive the following error message:
ERROR:
Access Violation at 0x0020356 (or some such). Tried to write to ...Program teminnated.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Too many quirks in the game. Needs to be refined. Could not find the skull in the first chapter even after pusing the hint button numerous times! Could not get out of Chapter One!!

I really, really wanted to like this game since I enjoyed the show. But there are already several glitches in the demo.
For instance, when you look for the jewels in the garden, there was one yellow diamond I could see, and I even checked the walkthrough which showed it was one of them, but I could never pick it up. Finally after clicking around it, and putting up with the whirling cursor repeatedly, the game told me that all the jewels were found -- but that yellow one never got picked up, never disappeared.
Now I'm trying to replace broken fragments in another scene, and the gameplay is very confusing: you get an eye wherever a fragment needs to be replaced, but you need to try each fragment one by one until you find the correct one. As with the jewels, I'm now on the last fragment and the walkthrough shows that I've replaced each one -- so I have no clue where this one is supposed to go; I've even tried adding it to places where I already put a fragment, but still can't find where it's supposed to go.
And what about that mixing potions game? Also inexplicable and impossible to figure out, with no explanation whatsoever. I finally had to go to the walkthrough and input the solutions without ever understanding what I was doing.
I can live with the lack of voice acting, and don't mind the actual faces from the series, or clicking through the dialogue. But the glitches, and that cursor which disables after three wrong clicks, are too much.
I'm so sorry because I really wanted to prolong the experience of the series. The music is there and the graphics are lovely, but the mechanics are just so clunky, confusing, and downright wrong at times. I can't justify spending a game credit on this one.

LOVED this game! I agree - could never figure out the mixing potions game, but loved the scenes and attention to detail. Brilliant.

Hello Ms_missy. Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier. I am indeed from Merscom. I try to keep my opinions about my games to myself as to not come across as self promoting on this site. That being said, I really do try to review your comments and offer feedback, solutions, and support to our customers.
We have just started to delve into the more adventure focused games and we are learning a lot right now about varied gameplay mechanics to use in our next line of games. I have noticed a lot of varience in the feedback of Tudors and it has been a huge eye opener for all of us. Thank you so much for everyone's insight on this.
We do take it to heart and in fact have fixed the click penalty for Tudors mentioned earlier in this thread. It has been removed from casual play and extended to 7 clicks instead of 3 in the Normal play. This build should be appearing on portals if it isn't up already.

Joe, I'm just curious.............do you work for Merscom since you are the only
one who seems to be trilled with this game and talking about feedback
and fixing things?
