Hi HisChildBe... I didn't play the game.. but there must be somebody coming by who might tell you all about your questions and where you might find a guide besides the Walkthrough you already read.

I was going along pretty good until I got to the, oh brain dead, the "rest island" before Witch Island and I actually managed to not get my 2 heroes aced without really knowing what I was doing. I discovered after round 1 of battle on this island that my towers didn't upgrade themselves automatically so for the second battle I hustled and fixed that quickly. I really like being given a short breather behind the rock face. My first question: Is it possible to tell the workers and the scounts, etc. to stop doing stupid stuff like building huts or exploring and jump into the fray with whatever is at hand like rocks and sticks? Second question: Is there any kind of read me quide, more like tips and tricks versus a walk thru, so I don't miss any other surpises like these? I got my game of iWin and I can't find a read me file.
BTW - I think it is cool that they let those of us with slower brains have a chance to wander around the island after you meet the objective(s) looking for gems and missed goodies without getting shot at or blown up or something ugly. Nice change of pace for us who get hives when somebody turns on the timer.
Oh this box stretcher is cool! Can you tell I'm not very computer literate? Just enough to get in trouble. I don't twitter or tweet, or Face, or Space or any of that stuff. I'm afraid I'd be tweeting the FBI or something. I need to get out more. I like forums too much.
