In Starborn Wanderers, players take the role of a young cadet about to graduate from the Military Space Academy, trained in the ways of starship combat. Over the course of the game, players will strengthen their ship with various weapons and upgrades, ferry valuable cargo to distant ports of call, and conquer hundreds of different quests. Starborn Wanderers offers a flexible role-playing system and different spaceships that can be customized according to each player's preference.

At first glance, it seems as though Starborn Wanderers has a lot going for it. There’s the implication of a large galaxy to explore. Goods can be traded, pirates can be fought, and lots of other space adventure-y stuff can be done. There’s even a magic system of sorts.
