Good to know about it and I think a lot of gamers do appreciate it as well.
Good luck making games, taking players advices, releasing an update and fixing texts..

About the texts, I know I am guilty. It was a painful experience and in future games I have hired native english speaker to write the texts. I have someone that volunteered to fix the game texts and I might release an update with fixed texts somewhere in future.
About the decreasing skills, the second paragraph of tutorial says:
"Every week, your attributes and skills will be modified based on the job you're doing. The job related skills will increase, but other values will decrease. For example, working in a farm could lower your creativity and charisma skills. However, at the beginning of each month, some rarely used skills will decrease in any case."
So nothing wrong with it, I thought about changing the gameplay to something easier but the majority of player said that is fine as it is. Initially is a bit hard but once you figure it out, is quite easy IMHO.
Check also a review of gamertell to have a very different opinion about the game ;)
