Hi Gtagta, Apparently not too many people are playing this game. I hope for your sake someone comes along that can help you. I haven't played it or I would have tried to help.
Sometimes it helps to look at the help section of a game. When you read it over you'll be amazed at the information that you may have missed.
You may also want to start the game over from the beginning, a lot of times there is information in the tutorials of the first 20 levels or so that may not be in the help section. Just a few suggestions unless someone comes along and offers a better solution. The second time around is always easier for any game.

gtagta, I don't know what level you're on, but what I do is this (and I have expert level in all levels): try to make the costumers leave with 5 hearts (using tea, incense, etc). They pay more if they leave happier.

I am in the same boat. I have given everything I got to get the hearts up to full and I still can't win it.

I found a way to win. I didn't buy any since. Just kept the radio going all the time. I did buy all the upgrades. I also went back in each part and upgrade to expert. The money recevied is different so it easier to get up to expert. I have won the game twice now. Good Luck
