Silent Evil: Kate's Rescue screenshots and gameplay video
Silent Evil: Kate's Rescue is an upcoming game from a new studio called Playarms. Based on the screenshots and teaser trailer that the developer has posted up, it's hard to tell whether the game has any hidden object scenes or whether it's a straight-up casual adventure, but it looks like we're in for a suspenseful mystery (complete with scary sound effects - yikes!)
The story opens when Dean receives a phone call from Kate. Kate's afraid that someone has been following her to her destination, the Sam Rutherford Hotel. Then there's a scream... then nothing. Dean rushes to the hotel which seems to be deserted, and begins his search for Kate.
The video that Playarms has posted shows the opening cutscene and the first few minutes of gameplay, showing off some of the hotel and one of the game's early puzzles.
