    Hi rhanya,

    The easiest way to reach expert in this game is to make sure that all your cleints have all their hearts. To do this hand out magazines, and tea, light your heart and patience candles when the Salon is full and make sure you have bought all your upgrades, I believe that the purple chair give all hearts and patience when it is fully upgraded.
