hi - I fo;;owed the walkthru - just can't finish in time - any extra hints as to what I may be doing wrong?

I was at the verge of giving up this game. Just for one reason, I have been stuck in this level for a very long time now. I should have tried atleast 60 different strategies. But never thought of putting the gardens together. A few months back I searched for a walkthrough in google. But couldn't find one. Now that I have found one, I am going to use your walkthrough. Keep fingers crossed, I wanna move on with this game.

In the directions, it said to do this: "Demolish the small apartment in the right corner." Okay, done that. But looking at the screenshot, there's a new building in its place, what building replace the small apt.?

YEAH! I Figured it out!
There are a couple of steps missing. *Demolish the small apartment in the right corner.* In its place will be the Forum. It takes 22 workers plus the Forum prints.
1) After removing the small apartment in right corner, add 2 more workers needed to build the FORUM in that corner, 2) Purchase the Forum Print,
3) Build the Forum.
Forum will add the last 2 pts for Happiness.
FYI - I added 2 extra workers to keep up with the repairs on the other buildings. Total 24 workers.

Hey Waterfairy :) Did you build the fourth garden which is currently built on the screenshot of the walkthrough? If you copy the design of the city on this screenshot, you should get a happiness of twenty.
