I've only just got around to trying this game as I have become more than a little disillusioned with the Hidden Object genre - the developers are churning them out daily with little regard to quality and (although this is a personal opinion) I am not overkeen on the HO/adventure game hybrids, I like my HO to be exactly that with hopefully some good mini games/puzzles. This is the best HO game I have played for a very long time, especially for those of us who don't like the HO/adventure hybrids, it is challenging without being impossible and - my absolute favourite - there is no seriously crappy so-called story to distract from gameplay. Your only aim is to play a combination of HO scenes, puzzles and mini games by opening one box at a time (the boxes "grow" on a huge plant) and you only need to play each scene until you find the object which opens the next box (maybe leaving it to come back to later), or you can carry on to finish the scene. This is the only HO game where I have chosen to play without a timer, real zen stuff, and the scenes/artwork are beautiful and well thought out. The puzzles and mini games do not have to be played any longer than you wish if you happen to get frustrated or don't like a particular "box". I have only just finished the 1 hour demo but there looks to be lots and lots of boxes, my only personal concern would be replayablity. I use Wild Tangent for games like this where I may only wish to play it through once (you get 2 free sessions and then buy subsequent sessions if you wish with the "coins" being deducted from the final price if you decide to buy). Excellent game - try the demo and see. Give this Review a KudosReport as Inappropriate
