Hi Senescen you have to restore the armored hallway before you can go to the poder room. Have you done that? click on your jounal and the map page and it will show you the rooms you need to do. The ones you haven't completed will have a red x on them. You can click on any area of the map and it will take you to that area without having to retrace your steps.

One more thing I want to add to the above comment is that you need to be in the hallway on the second floor.

thanks granny/goldenlove! But yes, when I go to the armoured hallway it says 'area clear' up the top, like all the other rooms except the two I mentioned. Can anyone think of anything else that could help please?

thanks Lavendig, have checked walkthru & tips & tricks but am unable to proceed further. Will probably just end up uninstalling it/creating a new profile because I can't seem to find the answers!

Hi Senescen if you do not have the arrow on the left side of dining room then you may have a glitch. You can start over with a new name, uninstall and reinstall or contact support.

I just replayed the game and don't know why directions would be from the dining room. To do that you have to go back into the hall and then through the art galleries. When you first enter the hall from the art galleries (the one that takes you to the armored hall) the door on the right is the powder room, but it is blocked. Once you clear the royal bedroom go back and clear the armored hall. From the armored hall use the down arrow to return to the hall. It is now clear and the blue and white door that you see is the powder room. Hope this works for you.

Hi guys,
I have read the walkthrough and still cannot locate the powder room. I have a clock face, a cog-type thing and a rag. The only uncleared areas are the hallway next to the hall of reflection on the first floor, and the hallway that joins the dining room on the second floor. According to one of the other posts in here there should be a left AND right option off the dining room of the second floor, but there's just one, to the right. I have the red and green marbles, no key for the blue & gold key challenge and am pretty frustrated! Do I have to start again?
I started playing the game before the walkthrough was posted and so I probably did things the wrong way round!
