I get same error msg, won't even let me uninstall. Went to FAQ on website for help, aparently there are issues but none listed that pertained to the error msg I receive. To bad seems like cute game. Will return when they fix, I as the consumer should not have to jump threw hoops to get a game to run!

I downloaded the game just fun and could play it but couldn't figure out what the heck I was doing, I hate time management games anyway. Couldn't even dumb Wesley to pick the stupid carrots so I just exited the game. This won't be one that I will be buying.

I just bought the game Princess Bride, after seeing the great review on Gamezebo. I always have been able to trust the games recommended here. I just downloaded the game and installed it but it won't start. I also have vista. This sounds like a fun game but now I am leary of the company. How do we reach tech support? The email I recieved says not to reply to the same email address. Does anyone else have vista and has succeeded in getting it to run? I installed it in my documents. The first time I tried to install it I had to delete it because it refused to uninstall. Please help, thank you in advance.

I got the same error as the others and although it says vista compatible it is not for Vista according to error report. Where do we go to get a refund? There is no tech support that I could see either. This is the first time I ordered from a company that I did not know their reputation. This is not a way to get customers. Please help this maiden in distress.

I had the same problem getting Princess Bride to work. However because Tech support wrote and told me how to fix the game to work on Vista it works beautiful now. Margie has also posted here at Gamezebo the same instructions. What a beautiful fun game! Great tech support also.

I got a brand new comp HP(laptop)and I am running Vista as well and it's running beautifully. No glitches nothing. I downloaded my game from Big Fish. So I don't know what the problem could be. I got to the "Needs 2 wishes and nine eggs". I love clicking on that fox, too funny. Well that's it. Take care

I don't know if it will help some of you, but make sure you have DirectX 10 (made strictly for Vista), Adobe Shockwave player, your flash player is up to date, and Java is up to date. I don't know if these are the requirements for this game, but I makes sure I have it anyways. I remember a game by Oberon didn't work right and they asked me if I had DirectX 10 for Vista installed and I didn't, so I installed it and it worked great. Just a few ideas take care.

I downloaded today from BF and the game ran fine or awhile but when I tried mixing colors in Vat it froze. Restarted and had same problem again, so uninstalled it.
