Please. suggestions for placement [and placement of all facilities]?

for me, i usually put the lounge chairs near the edge of the beach
after the lounge chairs, i'd usually buy an ice cream stand and fruit stand; but that really depends on what the goal is for a certain level.
i'd usually put the facilities smack in the middle of the island close together so that the engineer/policeman/custodian can cover more ground; i don't really care about aesthetics, lol!
