Not much of a storyline - however, I enjoy the mystery PI series simply for the unlimited search. gameplay you can unlock There is something so satisfying about clearing all the objects from a screen...I wish more games did this. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

As others have noted, in the last year, we have seen an evolution in HOGs toward a mix of both traditional HOG and point-and-click adventure. Most people would point to the Mystery Case Files series as the exemplar of this. I like this change, but not everyone does. There are those who prefer traditional HOG with a sprinkling of minigames, and maybe one final unusual minigame at the end. For those folks, there is still the Mystery PI series. What works here is what worked in their earlier titles: spiffy graphics and reasonable HO play. However as Meryl Evans' review indicates, the game is so close to its predecessor, that except for a change of scenery and some minigame variations, you'll still think you're playing Vegas Heist. And for me, that was disappointing. After a while, I breezed through levels as I kept encountering the same objects again and again. The final minigame was OK, if a bit underwhelming compared to door lock puzzles in other titles. Spintop seems to have the resources to put together good games, and I really hope that they will push themselves more in the crossover direction. If the next Mystery PI ends up like this one, I think New York Fortune will have been the last of the series for me. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

I liked this game. Good graphics. It is a HOG without all the other stuff thrown in. The HOG seem to be getting farther and farther from HO aspect. This game is what a HOG should be Hidden Object. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

what a boring game this is.... I had to keep playing a little of it every couple of days - certainly couldn't keep you entranced for hours! Only if you're very desperate... Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

This is an ok game but it does feel like a clone. Even the HO are carry overs from other game. It just didn't keep my interest. I uninstalled it after thirty minutes. It is a good game for beginners with scenery that is not too hard on the eyes. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

It is not a bad game, it is fun, with clear drawings and some funny mini-games. But it is a clone! I like the series but the attraction is starting to vanish. MCF managed to totally reinvent itself. Why not the PI and Adventures series? Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

This is one of the best games in the Mystery P.I.series. objects clear and not difficult to find....Mini games are played with ease. Great graphics...did not even try this game, bought it right away and glad I did... Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

A straight-forward HOG that had potential: a fun theme, good graphics, nice minigames and a good length. But...this series is so lacking in any innovation and charm, that it felt like an assembly-line game to me. Nothing to hold your interest and gets boring quickly. A very well-done straight-forward HOG that occasionally crosses into clever. No mini-games and puzzles are easy with little variety. However, the HOG portion is really well done, it has several modes, relaxed option, unlimited hint open, and it is very long with several locations. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

If you've played either of the first two Mystery PI games then this is more of the same except for the new location in New York. For those who like a traditional hidden object game without too many mini games then this is a winner. Some items are challenging to find without things getting too frustrating so suitable for all ability levels. I liked all three of these, but if you like your HO games with many whistles and bells then this is not for you. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

I only gave this game a 3 because of beautiful graphics. The game play leaves A LOT to be desired,in my opinion, just as the others it the series. I love HOGs so much, though,I couldn't give it a 1.That said,if this game doesn't come to Shockwave,I won't be bothering to play it. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate

I don’t think this game has any new idea to offers, but I have to give credit for the beautiful graphic in the game, and interesting list, for example: Wax Light=Candle, Fabric Join=Zipper, just to name a few. To my surprise, there were Match-3 game in between some level. If you are new to Hidden Objects game, this can be fun for you. Give this Review a Kudos Report as Inappropriate
