I don't know if it is a mistake or that there are multiple sollutions to the final puzzle, (I guess the 2nd) but I found my sollution to be:
6 - yen - square

follow the number, value and picture as you find it in your game -
Oldman,
You are a treasure and you always keep me on my toes...LOL, I made the correction about forming the words diagonally in the word search mini game. Boy, I can't get anything past you,,LOl. I believe that BFG will be getting the game soon but I am not positive. I am glad to hear that you and Judy enjoy this game, I do too, sometimes it's nice to play a game without having to do too much thinking.
Thanks for the info GameLegend, once I saw your solution, I figured the last puzzle was random.
Thanks, Margie

Margie,
Thanks so much for your usual impeccable Work on the T&T for Mystery P.I. – The New York Fortune. Judy and I love the P.I. series of HOGS. I know that many in the community see them as not being that innovative, but to us there lies their (much like the Amazing Adventure series) charm. They provide many hours of fun, which to us is the whole point of HO games and keeps us coming back for more. Now all we have to do is wait for BF to release it on their site so that we can afford to buy it. LOL
We use your “guides” as our safety net for when we run into that place where we can no longer go forward in a game and/or just plain stuck as to what to do next and your T&T’s save us many hours of frustration, Thank You! LLC Hope you and yours have a Great New Year!
Happy Gaming All,
OldMan44
P.S. You forgot to mention in the “Word Search” mini game that the words can also be “diagonal”, though you showed some in the examples. A small thing but I think it is a nice touch and makes the mini game more interesting. That seems to be the “standard” now.
