  When was the last time that you upgraded your video card? You may also want to update your version of DirectX. Have you done those things? A lot of times that could be the reason that your game is not playing. You may also want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game as sometimes that might help.

  Hi wrightsoon,

  If you were unable to even install the game, you should redownload it and try again. If the problem occurs after installation, uninstall the program (using the add/remove programs utility in Windows), reboot, then reinstall. Let us know if you're still having problems after these 2 steps =)

  Wrightsoon as I already posted on the crystal portal forum I could download the game from Game House but it would not open. I waited and today I downloaded from Real Arcade. I use the Vista System. Have you tried to download from Real Arcade?
