The Final Puzzle with the 17 numbers has two ways to move.
When you have an odd number of spaces between a number and the next number in the sequence you have to bring the number around from the front and through the other numbers that are already in order. I have posted 15 example pictures that show how to move a number from the front through the other numbers and put it in place. I have also posted written instructions along with the pictures. Here is a link to those pictures.

I have posted a video and written instructions in my Photobucket showing an example of both ways to move a number into its proper place in sequence. I have also posted detailed written instructions.
If there are an even number of spaces between the last number in order and the next number then you can rotate the next number around behind the last number in order.
If there are an odd number of spaces between the last number in order and the next number then you can rotate the next number around through the other numbers that are already in order from the front side.
The video is best used with the written instructions so that you will understand what you are seeing.
Happy gaming!

Thanks for the help - I'm determined to get this puzzle. I'm having trouble with the even ones when they end up next to the "1". Any hints on how to rotate them through?

Thanks--could not have done it without you, LindaS. Great game, don't you think? Wish Big Fish came out with them weekly!

Hey Pippa83100, welcome to Gamezebo. I had to edit out your e-mail address off this post. For
your own security you should never post your e-mail address on any

Solution to the Final Puzzle

I posted this originally in the Help thread, and it seemed to help some people with the final puzzle in Victor's chamber.
I hope no one minds if I repost it here. It got buried in that thread and I was afraid that someone who could use it might not find it. The object of the puzzle is to get the numbers 1-17 in the proper order.
First, I'll assume that you can get "123" in place. (Let me know if you are having difficulty with that.) It gets trickier after that. Locate the "4". Count every other one from 4 to see if you can flip the "4" around behind the "3". If you can, great!
If not, then flip the "4" around the other way until it's in front of the "1". (It should come out directly ahead of the "1", I believe.) At this point you should have "4123". Flip the "4" and "2" to make "2143". Then flip the "4" behind the "3", and you'll have "21X34", where "X" is whatever number was behind the "3". Now comes the tricky part. BACK UP! Flip the X and the 2 around to make "X1234".
This is easy with only four, but gets more difficult. Lets try "5". Check to see if you can flip the "5" around behind the "4". If you can, do it that way. But if you'll end up with "1234X5", then you have to flip it around through the front. Flip the "5" around until you have "5X1234". (Since 5 is an odd number, you should end up with another number "X" between it and the "1".) Flip to get "1X5234". Flip to get "1X3254". Flip to get "1X32X45". BACK UP! Flip the 3 behind the 2 to get "1XX2345". Flip the "1" and the second X to get XX12345.
Continuing on, always try to flip numbers around "behind" your string of numbers, but if you end up with (for example) 12345678X9, you need to flip them around the other way, flip them "through" your good numbers, then flip your good numbers back. With even numbers, I think you end up with the even number starting directly ahead of the "1" (like the 4 above), with odd numbers you'll end up with your number, then an "X", then the "1" (like the "5" above).
I know that it sounds like you should have difficulty with the higher numbers, but it worked out fine for me as long as I paid attention to where I needed to flip the numbers. Hope this works for you!
