Mystery Case Files: Ravenhearst marked a turning point in the MCF series that saw its tone shift from light-hearted crimefighting romp to something decidedly deeper, darker and more supernatural. In a nice show of symmetry, Mystery Case Files: Return to Ravenhearst, the fifth MCF game, is not only a return but also a second turning point that takes the series away from a hidden object focus and towards a full-fledged point-and-click adventure.

Mystery Case Files: Escape from Ravenhearst Released to the Wild!

Nov 24, 2011

Well, this is an exciting Thanksgiving Treat the day before Black Friday. Big Fish Games has released the latest Mystery Case Files today, Mystery Case Files: Escape from Ravenhearst.

I got a personal sneak peak of the game from studio lead Pat Wylie a few weeks ago in a hotel room in San Francisco (that sounded better when not written online) and I have to say, it’s pretty creepy.

If you like Mystery Case File games and a little fear factor, it’s Christmas early for you.

Check it out now and be sure to like it on Facebook (if you like it) and give it rate and/or review the game. Our review, walkthrough is coming soon. But first, we must eat turkey.
