You can rely on MCF games for real play appeal. I loved this game, and while it was long, it wasn't long enough. Are good games every long enough? The artwork is stunning, and while you return to some of the areas time and again, you don't tire of the ambiance. The puzzles between sections are challenging, but solvable with some concentration and imagination. There were some lost objects I never could find on my own, but the good news is that the player never has to find everything. If you get stuck on one object here and there, just jump to another place, and play on. You can finish this game with a little help from the HINTS, or all by your self.
