  I've been trying to figure that one out too.  When you mouse over it the cursor changes to a hand as if it's supposed to do something.  But when you click on it nothing happens.  Anyone got any ideas?  And how do you get into the unlocked locations?  Everyone says play the game again, but I've done it 6 times now and nothing new happens except that for the first time the Outhouse appears as a new location.  But not the way everyone says it will.  Someone said you have to move the half moon on the outhouse door to unlock it, but I've never seen the outhouse door.  It just comes up as an additional location on the fairgrounds like all the others.  Kitty carnival is the same as always, nothing new about it, and the tunnel of love doesn't open at all.
