Hi Sylvy, I don't know where the crown is because I never came across it while playing but I've read many people who don't have it. If you have the Beta version, you will not be able to find it. it's not in that version. If you downloaded it from Big Fish, you have to uninstall the game and re-download it for it to work.You should not lose any progress when you do so.
