I have the pattern but the lines are not displaying.
You have to click each star that want to connect a line between. If you connect the wrong line, then you just need click the star again.

It must be my mouse or computer. I did it on my laptop and it work. Glitch?

Hi I feel really silly but can someone please tell me how I view the other two pictures of the constellations in the walk through, the pictured one is not the answer to my puzzle but after clicking on the picture I cannot get the other two pictures to display? Thanks

Not actually a glitch, but this is the issue with some video cards. For now, two people reported the lines not being drawn and they both had an "ATI RAGE" type video card (one ATI Rage II and other ATI Rage Pro) . Unfortunatelly, I don't have any of those cards at hand, so I'm unable to try and make the lines show on those cards too.
However, even though the lines are not shown on the screen, the program internally "draws" them, so if you "connect" the stars as if the lines are visible, the puzzle will be solved and the game will continue normally. The problem with this solution is if you've already tried connecting some stars, the program remembered that, so now you don't know what lines you need to erase. The only way around this situation is to start the game over from the beginning and when get to this puzzle do not connect any stars until you've gotten the solution from the scribe.

I had the same problem with the lines not showing up. And, of course, I had clicked all oer the place! One thing I noticed was if I moved my cursor down to the artifacts area the lines I had made would appear. I was able to then go back and "erase" the lines. It took a little while b/c I had to keep moving down to "artifacts" to get the lines to light up, but it was WAY faster than starting the whole game over! After I erased the lines I was able to quickly draw the correct solution and move on. I hope this is helpful to someone!

nicutherapist had a question about the constellations...
When you give the scribe in the library in Alexandria the ink that you bought at the market after you fixed the lighthouse, the scribe will give you a drawing of a constellation. That's the one you need to use. It can be different for different people.
The drawing will have been copied to Mortimer Beckett's journal, which is in the lower right of the screen, so you can click on it and review it when you've reached the temple in Cairo again.

"Impossible" is a very strong word and should not be used lightly, but I'll take my chance this time and use it anyway.
If everything else worked, it's impossible that you completed the puzzle and the plans did not appear.
Have you got the drawing of the constellation from the scribe?
Have you connected the stars exactly as the drawing in your notebook shows?
If you still see the stars and the lines, that means the game "thinks" you still haven't connected the stars the right way.
If you could make a screenshot of the constellation you drew, and one screenshot of the notebook open at the page the drawing is shown, and send those screenshots to support@paprikari.com, I will gladly investigate the problem and help you find a solution.
