    There are three different DNA tests, so it depends which quest you're on.

    In one, the top image is a graphical representation of the DNA, with Y for yellow, R for red, etc.  You have to take small pieces and rotate them and put them into the bottom set of pictures so the bottom set will match the codes on the top set.

    In another, the top set of pictures is a double helix. You have pieces of helix with 3 rods each. You again have to rotate these and put them into place on the bottom set so that it will match the top set.

    The third one is a bit different. There is a central section with lots of different DNA markers. You have to take pieces and fit them onto that central image, again rotating them to line up properly. That's the only one where you aren't working with two distinct images.
