    I downloaded the game and when I hit start, I got an error and the game closed on me. I uninstalled and redownloaded and it did the same thing. Anyone else having this problem? Other BFG games are working fine. Send a Kudo Post a reply Quote & Reply

    I played the game all the way through with no problems. Try downloading any other demo game from Big Fish Games. If you have the same problem, and you have McAfee, you'll need to update your McAfee DAT file. (That was a big problem last week.)

    If it's only the Monster Quest game, I would contact Big Fish technical support.

    Good luck--I'm sure that's very frustrating!

    I tried downloading the game twice!!  The first time it froze on me when I tried to open it!!  The second time it froze when I got past the opening page and there was an error message, can't remember what the error was, but it shut down.  I'll try again in a couple of days!!

    I have McAfee and last week it removed 50% of my BFG before I could stop it. I had to disable the security til I found out what was wrong.

    Hmmm....I'm hearing this from more and more people, but it ran fine on my system. I wonder: could this be a Vista vs XP issue? What system were you using when you had problems? (I have XP.)
