I've spent most of my work career as Denise and have the frazzled nerves to prove it. This game is so good it's stressful. I plied everyone in the game with donuts. While the coffee was supposed to make people work faster, it would be nice if you could give them something to goof off faster. I think I'll take a peek at the Tips & Tricks.
